Meet The Team

Opal Aria brings together a dynamic brother and sister duo. Rob, the dedicated mine operator, manages every detail of the site, working tirelessly to extract some of the world's most stunning opals. Diane, an expert in both design and gem cutting, teams up with local artists in Lightning Ridge and Sydney to craft these rare gems into extraordinary works of art, ready to dazzle the public. Together, they create a perfect harmony of beauty and craftsmanship that is truly one-of-a-kind.

Keeping It In The Family

Our mining crew also consists of Rob (#2) and Tama, who may be new to the world of mining but their determination and hard work shine through in every task they take on. With a shared commitment to safety and efficiency, they work tirelessly to bring our precious Opals to the surface. Whether it's navigating challenging terrain or managing complex equipment, Rob & Tama's teamwork are the backbone of our success.
