SHIPPING POLICY
Once your transaction is complete, Opal Aria will carefully & discretely package your gemstone. Processing takes to 24-72 hours (excluding weekends), you'll receive tracking details once dispatched. Shipping dates are based on when the parcel is sent. In the unlikely event of any delays, you will be informed immediately. We offer worldwide shipping insurance on all parcels. Due to the value of Opal Gemstones, all packages are tracked, insured, and require a signature upon delivery, included in the total shipping price. Opal Aria is not responsible for any other country's tax policies

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We maintain a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you include your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@opalaria.com.au. Upon approval of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your package. Kindly note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. For any inquiries regarding returns, do not hesitate to reach out to us.
Damages and Issues: We will document the packaging of your items with video recordings. We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can address the matter.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Please be aware that certain items, such as earrings, cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
